How long do I keep access after enrolling?

Access & accounts

Link
Standard enrollment grants ongoing access for the lifetime of the course as hosted on our platform. If a course is replaced, you keep access to the most recent version available under the same course listing. We may retire outdated materials, but we aim to provide a comparable replacement whenever possible.

Can I change the email on my account?

Access & accounts

Link
Yes. Send a message to [email protected] from your current email, and include the new email you want to use. For security, we may ask for proof of purchase (invoice ID or payment date) before we update the account.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payments

Link
Most courses accept major credit/debit cards. Some offerings may support additional methods depending on your region. If your payment fails, try a different card, verify billing details, or contact your bank to allow the transaction.

Do you offer refunds?

Payments

Link
Refund availability depends on the course and the purchase context. If a refund is possible, we’ll process it back to the original payment method. To request a review, contact [email protected] and include: your order email, course name, purchase date, and the reason for the request.

Do you have discounts or scholarships?

Pricing

Link
We occasionally offer limited-time discounts. For special circumstances, you can write to [email protected] with a brief explanation and the course you’re interested in. If we can help, we’ll reply with available options.

Do you provide completion certificates?

Certificates

Link
Some courses include a completion certificate, and some do not. If a certificate is offered, it’s typically unlocked after you mark all required modules as complete. Certificates are intended for personal records and are not a government-issued credential.

Which devices and browsers are supported?

Technical

Link
The platform works on current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) on desktop and mobile. If you experience playback or login issues, try updating the browser, disabling aggressive ad blockers for the site, and clearing cached data.

How do you handle privacy and personal data?

We only use your data to provide access, deliver services, and respond to support requests. We do not sell personal data. If you want to review, correct, or delete your account information, contact [email protected] from the email used for enrollment.

Do you use cookies?
